DailyBrew is a workspace-based employee management platform for small businesses. Employees use the mobile app to clock in via QR scan, submit leave requests, view KPI evaluations, and check payslips. Admins manage everything from the web console — attendance, payroll runs, leave approvals, and performance reviews.

How do I clock in?
Open the DailyBrew app, tap the QR scanner, and scan your workspace QR code. Your clock-in is recorded immediately. Clock-out is a single tap from the home screen.
Can I edit my attendance after submitting?
No. Attendance records are immutable once submitted. If there is an error, contact your workspace administrator to make a correction.
How do I submit a leave request?
Go to the Leave section in the app, tap 'New Request', fill in the dates and reason, and submit. You can cancel a pending request before it is reviewed by an admin.
Why was my clock-in rejected?
Your workspace may have IP restrictions enabled. If your device's IP address is not on the allowlist configured by your administrator, check-in requests will be declined. Contact your admin to resolve this.
Can I use DailyBrew for multiple workspaces?
Yes. If you belong to more than one workspace, you can switch between them from the profile screen. Each workspace has its own attendance, leave, and payroll data.
Is my payroll data private?
Yes. Payslip data is scoped to your account and workspace. Only you and authorized administrators can view your payroll records.
