Questions fréquemment posées
What does Adora actually track?
Adora tracks which destination or action a user selects after scanning a QR code — for example, whether they tapped 'View Menu', 'Get Directions', or 'Order via GrabFood'. This gives businesses real intent data, not just total scan counts.
Does Adora collect personal data from people who scan QR codes?
No. Adora does not collect names, emails, or any personally identifiable information from end users. Analytics are based on anonymized scan events, device type, and geographic region.
What is an Entry Point?
An Entry Point is a QR code, short link, or NFC tag that leads to an Adora campaign. When a user scans it, they see an intent menu with multiple destination options — all of which are tracked individually.
Can I run A/B tests?
Yes. Adora has built-in A/B testing so you can compare different QR placements, campaigns, or destinations to see which one drives better intent and conversion.
Who is Adora built for?
Adora is designed for SMEs, restaurants, local brands, and any offline-heavy business that uses QR codes for marketing and wants to measure real customer behavior.
