Yes — the free plan accepts 100 inbound feedback messages per calendar month across all your apps. Once you hit it, submissions are rejected and the contact form is hidden on your public page until the 1st of next month (UTC). Pro is unlimited. The cap keeps the free plan sustainable without becoming a backend for high-volume apps.

Your apps, feedback, integrations, and credentials are preserved — every app keeps working, including any extra API keys you generated on Pro. The only differences: you can't add new apps beyond what you already have, and total inbound feedback across all your apps is capped at 100 per month.
